Privacy policy
1. Controller
CloudConcept SRL processes personal data in the context of the Routiv service. Contact: info@routiv.net.
2. Data collected
- Account: name, email, password (hashed), role
- Billing: address, company, country, VAT number if applicable
- Service: registered routers, technical metadata, logs, service-related backups
- Remote access / tunnels (if enabled by the user): technical tunnel configuration and status (e.g. WireGuard keys/endpoints for the user’s own routers, connection up/down timestamps, basic connectivity diagnostics). Routiv does not inspect or store the content of the user’s general internet browsing traffic.
- Notifications (if enabled): email, Telegram ID, alert preferences
- Connection data and security logs
Routiv is not a general-purpose consumer VPN. Any tunnel feature is limited to reaching routers registered on the user’s account.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contract performance: providing the SaaS service, including secure remote management of the customer’s own network equipment (optional management tunnels so admin interfaces are not exposed on the public internet)
- Legal obligations: invoicing and accounting
- Legitimate interest: security, fraud prevention, service improvement
- Consent: certain optional notification channels
4. Recipients
Data is not sold. It may be processed by technical processors (hosting, transactional email, payments) strictly required for the service, under GDPR-compliant agreements.
5. Retention
Account data is kept for the duration of service use, then as required by law (including accounting). Technical logs are kept for a limited security- related period.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability within legal limits. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD). Requests: info@routiv.net.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies and local storage strictly necessary for operation (NextAuth session, cookie banner preference). No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are used at this time.
8. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures (authentication, encryption in transit, access segregation). No system is perfect; you must protect your credentials.
